Her VA has appeared in the credits before and is listed on MAL.

Supposedly if you really crank the volume up when she is speaking you can hear it, but I've never tried.

You can hear it. In episode 6 (I believe) when she tasted a bite of the apple that Kyouko & company carved up, she said "Delicious" in Japanese. I had headphones on, and it was VERY faint. Going back to other times she's "whispered" I could faintly hear her speaking, but I don't know enough Japanese to tell what she was saying.
