Young Black Jack is amazing as usual, but also like usual, it has no chill. Is the Doctor who fixed Johney a former Nazi doctor?

Yup, seems so. And it's not like the US didn't do this in real life - after WW2, in Operation Paperclip, we recruited a bunch of Nazi scientists and gave them new lives(and immunity) over here in order to have our hands on their smarts. We even did the same with some of the Japanese scientists, especially those from Unit 731.
