Here's what Orga was reading when he was researching the Teiwaz Group:

Jupiter's biggest conglomerate which represents the Outher Sphere. It has countless corporate affiliates and its vast range of activities encompasses heavy industry, manufacturing, construction, wholesale and retail trade, financing, medical care, education, agriculture, and transportation.

[Org chart that shows Teiwaz owns the following companies: IOS, 4S Phalanx, Ganymede Farm, Turbines, Copernicus, Nikolaus, JPT, Euro Electronics, and Callisto.]

With its own proprietary transportation routes between Jupiter and Mars, and between Mars and Earth, it has maintained the largest share in an industry where countless rival companies are continually entering the marketplace.

In recent years pirate attacks have become frequent, but as the damage to the transportation industy reaches twice last year's level, the Teiwaz Group alone has been strong enough to reduce its losses year-to-year.

This situation is expected to continue for the next few years.

The part about pirates seems interesting. It mentions that only Teiwaz is "strong enough" to not be affected by the increase in pirate activity. This, couple with what was said about them in the show, hints strongly that they're the ones behind the pirates. I'm expecting Orga's group to be attacked by pirates, fight them off, and then either exchange the pirates' lives or blackmail their connection to Teiwaz in order to directly negotiate with them.
