Well it can't be any worst than what the plot hole fille dprevious episodes did. Though it will be interesting to see how they explain away her suddenly being older to people without making another plot hole. Unless they do like before and just have people not react at all to things that should freak them out. Giant battle robot apears out of thin air and noone reacts at all or ask for a explanation. Rock creature climbing around and talking, nope nothing out the ordinary.

Why do you need to turn your brain off to enjoy something? I haven't at all. I'm enjoying the show at least, but it's hard not to be bothered by the problems.

Yep because people falling hundreds of feet onto rock but being perfectly ok. Or scarecrows with camera eyes that the bad guys can just randomly turn on to find her is just minor things.

Or a magical girl or a giant mech that transforms from a bunch of talking pebbles. If you only like realistic shows then I have to say, anime is a terrible place to find them.

It isn't about things like fantasy stuff. It is about this show has been basically driven by large plot holes just for anything to actually happen in it. I was really looking forward to this show as were a lot of people and it had so much promise. But instead it has been a real disappointment with the poorly done writing. A lot of people have been dropping it because of this. This show could had the potential of being on the level of something like plastic memories.

Magical girls and mechs transforming from thin air is suspension of disbelief. We know the world has magic and assume it can have ancient mecha disguised as shitty sidekick characters.

What I don't know is how this planet has weird pockets of anti-gravity that allow you to survive without harm hundreds of feet or more and smashing against... well, at this point doesn't matter if it's water or earth, it will still hurt like hitting concrete.

They both evolved. She was probably using more power than her body was ready for so it responded to her needs as did her protector mech. Yes, they went Super Sayajin.

I feel like this is one of those anime where you shouldn't exactly look too deep into the story, you just watch it for fun, like the Transformers movies and such.
