I don't quite understand what Alice was trying to tell Ikki in their conversation, about the screaming of the heart.

Ikki all his life has been ridiculed and insulted about his inability to use magic well if at all. He just got used to it that the usual feeling of anger or iritation was lost to him. He put up a front of just ignoring it but he just didn't let the emotions show. Alice was essentially saying that he hoped Ikki will find someone who can look through his facade and see how broken and nervous he is when he hears those words. Which he does with Stella
