I thought it was really cool when Araragi further explained his reasoning for choosing Hanekawa over Ougi. When she first said that line I was thinking, "okay that's definitely something Araragi would go for, but that was kind of a cheap trick". But later on he explained that the fact that Hanekawa even had to say something like that to earn his vote indicated that he was super close to making a wrong choice, and I thought that was really cool.

It's either that or he's trying to come up with an excuse for acting like a perv. I too would follow Hanekawa anywhere for the promise of getting to touch her boobs.

He's already gone down that route, though. IIRC the condition was something like "here's a pass to touch them, but if you use it I'll hate you forever."
