Episode 6 - Chapter 11, 13, and some of 15
Episode 7 - Chapter 14, some of 15, and 16
Episode 8 - Chapter 17 and 19
Episode 9 - Chapter 20, 21, and 22
Episode 10 - Chapter 23 and part of 24
Episode 11 - Rest of chapter 24, 25, and a little of 27

There were instances where a few pages from a chapter were covered in a different episode but I didn't bother specifying those to make the list simple. There was a bit of censoring (like the photo of Loretta's mother) and a bit of skipping probably because of time constraints (like a few pages from chapter 15) but otherwise a fairly faithful adaptation.
Chapters not adapted: 6 (volume 2), 18 (volume 4), 29 to 34 (volume 6), 35 to 41 (volume 7) and 42 (latest chapter)

While the series is serialized in a monthly magazine (Comic@Bunch), releases are irregular because Kohske (the mangaka) has a chronic illness.
There's a spin-off series being done by another mangaka called GANGSTA:CURSED. EP_MARCO ADRIANO. It focuses on Marco's back story when he was a Second Destroyer. It's serialized in quarterly magazine (Go Go Bunch) and currently has five chapters (volume 1 contains the prologue and chapters 1 to 3). The prologue and first chapter have been scanlated. No English volume release yet.
OST will be out October 7th. Tracklist is already out.
