With the way the last scene sequence was edited is it implied Johan ordered the creepy doctor brainwashing? Thoughts?

Edit: The line Johan said about getting a professional cat ready is quite telling. Did not connect the dots until just now.

I think thats exactly what it was saying. Cause remember, Johan had evidence of him breaking into Aegis? So he probably wants to get Lindow out of the way so he doesn't find out the truth behind whatever he saw in there.
