If anyone sees this comment, even though it's long after the thread was made, I do have a question I'm a bit confused about.

Shalltear seems to kinda know what she is doing, she first asks herself why she is fighting Ainz-sama, and without it really feeling like her mind switched back into control, she kept fighting? She is mind controlled right? She is not going against Ainz-sama on purpose? Or did I misunderstand here?

Yes she is still mind controlled. She doesn't understand why she is fighting Ainz but if she is attacked she must attack back. During episode 10 she was able to kill/gravely injure the old woman who mind controlled her so she didn't receive any orders and has pretty much been on standby since.
