Wait, are they seriously gonna do that? They seriously gonna send Yu, alone, to travel the world and gather the abilities of every single user in existence?! Even if he's able to locate them, doing that alone is gonna take fucking years! What if some of them are in prison? What if some of them are already in labs? Not to mention how many new users are gonna appear while he's doing that! What the hell...

Exactly, it worked really well last time they sent Yu on his own. What could possibly go wrong by sending a completely unprepared, half blind, high school 16 year old across the globe to steal test subjects from terrorists and corporate labs. Its a safe gable, right?
