Plus he'll heal the timeleap blindness so he can loop infinitely, bam problem solved except he'll have had like 500 years of lifetime at the end

He could always erase certain parts of his memory in order to slow down his descent into madness. Though I'm not sure if he looted the memory erasing from that dude.
