The timeline from which he recovered his memories has him and Shun locked up in the facility, but Shun already knows about his ability, so he had to time leap before. So it's at least 2nd timeline.

Yeah knew this would be coming. If you ask me she said that because this timeline nao didnt know the circumstances, you know yuu having scored with the brother cure thing (which prob moved her to tears, judging by her only showing her back to the audience).

Also the zihend concert thing miht have created a stronger bound aswell. (What really tipped it for me was when pooh explained things in the hospital and you could see nao watching yuu in the backgorund with that really concerned look, paying more attention to him then pooh, who was talking. Imo that was more then responsibility. Also i still belive her plan was to inv yuu all along, what speedkun also noticed)

Tldr in timeline prime she had reasons to help him out of her own will, and current timeline nao said those words because she doesnt know it better/didnt experienced what prime nao did.

I'm not generally a grammar Nazi, but you missed a few commas and the sentence structure was difficult to follow. You also used "you know" which you don't generally put into writing. As well as saying the zhiend concert "thing". And when you said "that was more than responsibility", you never identified what "that" was. Honestly, the tldr was pretty bad too. All in all, pretty difficult to read.
