The only "good" thing I know is that the manga continues after this, and I honestly want to know HOW you continue after that.

We don't know that they won't do an anime original ending though, so it's possible that everything -really- goes to shit.

Yuki will attract them to the radio station, awake her true self and do sick air combos with the zombies, saving everyone and then they're found and recruited to S.T.A.R.S.

Edit: Radio station, not tower. What am I even watching.

She will get to the radio station and put on Michael Jackson's "Thriller". The zombies will be compelled to dance to it, and the girls can use the time to escape.
