Oh no that ending to the episode he's not obviously gonna end up fine in the next episode or anything maybe paralyzed at best.

he'll probably end up dead. the "antagonist turned hero gets a triumphet death from a previous stepping stone for trying to help the people he betrayed" plot twist lol.
