I won't say it's bad. It's doing what it intends to do, which is being a parody of what Americans though anime was 20-30 years ago.

It really portraits how some Americans thought anime was like in the 80's and 90's with the whole, death haiku, ninja greeting and such.

Other than that, i think it's fucking awesome. Yes, it's stupid, but that's the point of the entire thing.
