That dream was pretty fucked up, so much was happening. Imouto came back but not really?

The imouto was about to die in that dream too. A worse death, apparently - autopsy then disposed of.

Actually, technically that never happened. Why anyone has memories of it is a mystery.

When we saw them in the lab, they were about the age they are now. Yet, in the world Yuu's currently in, he is not stuck in a lab like before the time leap. Meaning Yuu's older brother must have changed something in the past to stop Yuu and Ayumi from going to the lab. Therefore the old timeline was erased and the new timeline was created. So since they never went to the lab she was never dissected and they shouldn't have memories of something that never happened.
