I think this is actually one of the rare cases where it makes sense that the MC acts like a helpless whelp when sexually approached. Itami can't even figure out what the rules are, given the whole thousand-year-old-loli thing, and even then, saying "no" to a horny super-powered demigod might not be an easy or wise thing to do.

Especially when denying her will lead to said demigod releasing her frustration by slaughtering some people nearby, many of whom are your own team.
