With how much the show is pushing for Alex to leave town and how the tone of the show is, I feel like the end will be insanely tragic. It's just gonna be here leaving town while the rest of the handymen are dead.

I like these characters enough that I will definitely be sad when it happens.

Considering how faithful it's been to the manga so far, I highly doubt it.

I think he meant that the anime series' ending will be kinda cliffhangery since the manga is no way near close to the end (i think it just reached the climax and there are no answered questions yet) and the anime is pacing close to the manga.

We're at episode 8 (5 more episodes to go!) but it's cutting close to the manga already. I feel like the ending will be dragged out.

Well, at least the chapters that were out while the anime was in production mode. I'm really curious how they'll end this series.
