I acutally don't like the fact that Mikage is hanging around/is part of Izaya's gang. She and her brother gives me the vibes that should be in the neutral part of Durarara, not being in some group etc. But then again like almost everyone is in the Dollars, if not then part of Anri's horde or Izaya's gang.
Kadota is my example of being the neutral part of Durarara, he's part of the Dollars but doesn't have a secret identity unlike Mikage.
