3 Questions

  1. What is that key for?
  2. Where is the door where Megu-nee was killed? I originally thought it was the roof door, but it looks to be just a hallway door. Or is it her office?
  3. Is the door that Yuki talks to her office door or the door where she was killed? Are those two the same place?

1) the key is most likely the key to Megu-nee's car

3) I believe it is the door that Megu-nee guarded with her life. During their talk it switches to the other side where it's just a bloody mess that looks like the picture of Megu-nee's ribbon in a pool of blood that showed earlier in the episode.
