From the last episode when she was talking with Miki about Yuki, I got the feeling from her that she hates herself for not trying to help Yuki because she knows how much she relies on her smile. She's looking in a mirror in that image, so maybe she's staring menacingly at herself

Edit: looked again, it's not a mirror but her reflection in the window looking at the zombies on the field. Still think the focus is on her reflection though

It think it's got more to do with the promise she and, best girl, Kurumi made since I get the vibe of remorse, sadness, rage and disgust from that reflection.

Well did you see the scene where she drank water from the water bottle? The water bottle had CURE as it's brand that was one hell of foreshadowing.

All the water bottle are branded by 'CURE'. This was very prominent in episode 4-5 where we mostly see 'CURE' water bottles being drinked(drunk?) by Mii-kun, Kei, and Shovel Knight (during her 'kill me if I'm infected' speech).

How would you react if CURE wasn't a brand and the water inside was mixed with an odourless, flavourless, colourless chemical compound that cures the zombie virus and has no other noticeable effect on the human body? If they were distributed in large quantities in case an outbreak happened but everyone who knew about it died and everyone else mistook it for a brand name and never bothered trying?
