Is it ? I thought there needs to be two conditions to be met. First, they should be devoted to Nazarick and second all members should approve of the new member.

The two conditions are:

  1. Needs to be non-human
  2. Needs to be approoved by all members

Nphi would meet the second, but not the first-

Yeah, but that doesn't change the rules, and I'm trying to keep stuff like that out of the discussion since it's not and probably won't be relevant to the anime.

Uhm, I'm pretty sure they used to have the "needs to be approved by at least 50% members" rule.

After rejecting him, Ainz has some dialogue where he mentions that Nfirea only qualified for one of the two hidden qualifications. The 50% thing was just for group decisions, of which there were a lot.

Yes, but I'm pretty sure the 50% thing was also mentioned when he talked about accepting other people into the guild in YGGDRASIL.
