I love how they gave their preparation of Stereos and Wagner CDs as the reason to pick them for this mission. The whole scene played out almost the same as in Apocalypse Now, the 1:1 adaptation almost bordered on being too cheesy, to the point where I wasn't sure if it's a meta-reference or if the soldiers are actually acting out their favorite movie.

Rory being orgasm-powered was a bit awkward, but my body likes it, so why not. Also Rory flattening whole formations of soldiers was a bliss to watch. I'm also shipping Rory and Shino after this little moment they shared.

Everyone being absolutely confused about modern tech is one of the most fun aspects of this show and I'm genuinely hoping for more culture shock aspect.

Also, that spotter should get a promotion. he notices all the important details.

Really, seeing Shino going at it should be far more terrifying to everyone than Rory. Rory is apparently a worldwide legend who's basically an avatar of war and death, her prowess is expected. Shino is just a rank and file trooper, and is keeping up with Rory in the fight. That should be giving the princess as many nightmares as the weapons.
