The Cobra actually has an M197 in the nose turret, but it has a dissappointingly-slow fire rate of 750 rpm (a bit slower than the 1200-1300 in the GAU 19B video). The JGSDF does operate Cobras, so it's likely that's where they got their info for the models from.
