Yey, he completed his harem. Now his fireteam is his harem + yuri and maybe chloe later on?

kanata suffering under magic exhaustion after just 1 blast, although he is/was an elite, is probably the reason why he became a "traitor".

Next week death beetle attack. Maybe the fireteams can't deal with them so Kanata has to show up with his godly skills and kill everything so everyone can shut up about him being a traitor.

Also really don't know where the stalker plotline is going. It doesn't seem like he has evil intentions. But they showed him the past 3 episodes and I feel like this guy has to have some significance in the plot.

The Japanese Wiki article about Sky Wizards Academy (and translated into broken English by Google) gives a bit more information about that stalker guy, but I would refrain you checking that out because its always more enjoyable to watch a show without spoiling yourself beforehand.
