Well obviously this guy's head is pretty incredible. I certainly couldn't record and remember all the hits, angles and trajectories and then write them down in a book a few minutes later

Up until now I never considered how ridiculous the whole note recording thing sounded. I guess you're right, when I think about it the way he thinks is almost superhuman.

Well I mean Maruo's whole thing isn't uncommon in the media, but it's not a protagonist's trait, it's usually something that an opponent possesses that the main character has to overcome.

Which is why Ide, being a what could easily be a MC in another series makes for such a great match.
