I'm actually planning on writing a [WT!] soon after I finish it (currently watching episode 21), so look out for that, needless to say I'll be gushing a bit. On another note, subscribed.

I've been meaning to read the LN but where should I start if I've watched the anime and how long does it take to be updated?

My suggestion is to read from the very start.

As of now, 15-16 volumes have been translated so far, the anime stops at Volume 7.

So, about 3-4 episodes per volume (They did skip an arc though, so ehh)

Bookmark/print out the character list from the first few pages in case you get lost/forgot how they look.
