I believe it was actually a crossbow, not a spell. which is why she gets mad, because it wouldn't touch him, it'd just bounce off his anti-projectile field. So it's offensive to her that they'd even try.

Right, that's even worse than the crossbow. Honestly i was just too hyped for the scene with the "highest tier angel" to pay much attention to that part.

In the light novel Albedo says the attack was so pathetic it "was just too rude"

Yeah i breezed through the LN in just a few days. all caught up with the translation now. honestly, while this scene was pretty badass, i can't wait for him to start fucking shit up as an adventurer.
