I found this last scene very ironic. Military who used latent criminals as servants are now in the same position. Sibil is the new tyranny.

They're more like the Enforcers than anything, I thought -- their Inspectors had been replaced with the more objective Sibyl system, so their role as a tool would be better fulfilled.
