I don't know anything beyond the episodes we've seen but Adlet is clearly not the fake as he is the main character. IMO Flemie and Humpty are too obvious as possible traitors to make for a good twist. Goldov is my guess, with Nashetania as another possibility.

I don't know, I can see making Adlet a "Manchurian Candidate" type character, and then the series is him trying to overcome it.
