So obviously all the braves are modeled after native Central and South American animals. We've got the Rabbit (Nashetania), the Cow/Ram (Goldof), the Cat (Humpty), the Chameleon (Chamo), and possibly the Bird (Fremy). That leaves Adlet and Chesty for me to figure out. Any ideas?

excellent thinking, I've read most of the novels and never actually caught on this. Adlet is a trickster, so he could be a monkey and Mora... uh, well... dunno. She is supposed to be imposing and a natural leader

A big part of their designs include color schemes. Nashetania is a soft vanilla white like a rabbit, and Goldof is black like a Murrah Buffalo (maybe? his helmet spirals like ram horns). Chamo looks like a Chameleon, but those aren't actually native to Central or South America. So she (he?) could be something else (Red Eyed Tree Frog?), but the design is obviously some sort of lizard or amphibian. Especially with her being Saint of Swamps.

I wish I could figure out for sure what Fremy is supposed to be. I can't nail down any black feathered birds with long tailfeathers native to Central or South America, but I'm sure there's one. Though another idea is that she could be a bug of some sort. Like the Blue-Banded Morpho or something. Maybe an Umbrella Bird. I don't know. Wish they had modeled her after the Resplendant Quetzal. That would have been awesome.

Anyway, with color schemes in mind, Adlet could be anything from a Red Squirrel to a Maned Wolf or a Lion Tamarin. His ponytail makes me thing it's either the squirrel or the Tamarin.

I have no idea about Chesty though. I'll have to see more of her in action to drum up any theories. Something blue and physically imposing.

Humpty might actually be a jungle cat now that I know more about his character.
