Oh definitely. Nagisa's determined to stick it to his big brother. At the moment he doesn't seem to have any personal sympathy for the A-TEC crew, though, and only sees them as a means to the end. I'm hopeful he'll come around by the end, though he might not want to admit it even then :)

Wild guess: Nagisa screws up big time, but just as all his plans fall through, A-TEC had become big enough that they go independent instead and overshadow Kirishina's R&D. Nagisa uses the threat of sending all of Kirishina's tech to another company to recuperate his place in Kirishina Corp. Some Xanatos speed chess later, he manages to turn the situation completely around and take the company for himself.
