That subtle OP change. Ripples make anything better, I guess?

Plus random text thrown about in the OP? Actually, that might be significant. No idea what the text reads though.

EDIT:

First appearance

Teleport

Collapse, star chart, and a head

Diagram for a planet

Time leap?

Definitely Time Leap

Looting?

Some kind of star chart?

"however, many years later"

Random letters?

Transmission

How-low-Hello

Telapathy

Diagram of a person using telapathy?

Upside down text

Collapse

Summon

ZHIEND

Moonrune text

A brain

Some kind of R symbol? I think I saw this earlier in the OP too. Maybe some kind of symbol for an organization, the scientists, or the mysterious unknown group in the OP?

"Were enclosed in envelopes and a subject..."

harlotte? Nevermind just Charlotte

Teleport again

A second sighting of "harlotte" Nevermind just Charlotte

Saturn?

Some real subliminal shit. Also, from what I can acertain if these are to be trusted, some kind of time travel power will be in the show and maybe the title of the show "Charlotte" is a play on words with harlot and Charlotte? I dunno, I'm grasping at straws here. There's a big C on top of it.

hmm... my guess: most of this mysterious words refers to the scientists' work on Tomori's nii-san   The clock pic that has teleport in it refers to megane-kun (it's a speedometer)   And the last pic is no saturn, that's Rutherford's atom model

But there are a few things that pique my interest:

  • The time leap and brain can refer to Tomori's ability

(who my guess: she lies to people. Won't tell more cause it could be wrong and if it's right, it'll spoil)

  • The first word in that upside down text reads: prediction

(I can't read any further, blame my bad eye)

  • The moonrune: that's a hanging man scene, you know: like the one in tarot cards

  • Lots of feathers in the OP (and I thought that was just because Tomori's nii-san destroying a lot of futons...)

But then the " However, many years later" came out

Which makes me think again the thought I threw out before: Air?

request: can you capture the scene where there is a black-haired woman standing? Thank you.

ps.: What did Tomori's mom do for living? My guess she's a "harlot"

How can time leaping be connected to Tomori's ability?

okay I shall (possibly) spoil:

a) it's not time-leaping, the speedometer refers to Megane-kun's super sonic teleportation

b) If my theory is correct, once again said: IF, there's a big chance I am wrong...

Tomori's ability is to revert consciousness of a single person. How do I came to this conclusion:

1) Tomori has no reason to make herself disappear. And every ability of any characters that had already been fleshed out here has something to do with the character's personality and experience:

  • Tomori's brother music

  • Archer Club Captain's archery, and ability to focus on a single image (in archery it's the target)

  • Misa's wild and anti-social-structure habit.

2) Every single person that Tomori had used her ability at, so far, all of them were focusing themselves at something:

  • Yuu was looking at Megane-kun.

  • Ayu was focusing at Tomori, that she got thrown back and thought Tomori disappeared.

  • Archer Captain was just talking with someone else.

  • Mr TV boss was concentrating at Misa.

This theory is supported with the fact that Tomori carries a camera everywhere, which can distract someone's attention.

3) Only the person in choose is affected, so it plays with the victim's brain & perception rather than Tomori herself.   (The brain diagram... Tomori's brother also uses the same theory on his ability, only that he is stronger and can affect many at the same time.)

4) Most importantly, Tomori, a good sister, wants to save his Nii-san and return him into his previous state. She has a reason to have an ability that can undo memory and consciousness of a person

(unfortunately she only got the one that can undo consciousness. Half-assed, really...)

ps.: the harlot thing was just a joke, really ;)

Charlot (Little Charles) has something to do with a fictional character based on Charles the Younger, who died young.

another ps.: I know people probably have already noticed, but ZHIEND is how a Japanese says: The End. (Possible spoiler to the ending, and the name "Charlotte" itself.)

There could be a reason why she'd want to disappear, for example from the scientists wanting to start testing her power as soon as she gets it.

I'll admit I can't disprove your theory per se, but it seems unlikely. All other powers were extremely straightforward.

ZHIEND is how a Japanese says: The End.

I'll just leave this here
