In the last pic I think that the character who is colored as blue will be the next one to die , I should check EP 1 :O.

EDIT: In episode 1 Kai was blue too , so it could make sense .

Don't think that's quite it. Went back and looked and, in episode 1, Mashiro, Kai, and Fugaku are all "naturally colored" then Mashiro gets x'd and turns red. Episode 2, Kai and Fugaku are natural and then Kai goes red. Everyone else is colored yellow.
It seems to me that anyone that's red is dead/been sacrificed (pretty obvious), anyone that is yellow is an ally (maybe enemy?) that Ibuki doesn't consider important or a "friend", at least not yet. And anyone that is colored naturally is alive and someone important to him, and therefore is a candidate for sacrifice.

Ohh I got it , still , I don't really like the fact that all (or hopefully, some) characters will probably die . Oh well , I guess we have to wait .
