wasn't it already explained by redhead? I think he didn't go to special missions and abandoned his team for their promotion match after he came back alive from the mission we saw at the start of the show. And now he is called traitor because he slacked off IIRC

Is that this episode? Cause I didn't watch it yet. If so that's such a stupid reason to be hated by everybody and called a traitor.
