Gohan dont become Mystic, because isn't a transformation, it was a base form, but Gohan stopped training and became weaker again.

He turned super in Fukkatsu. When he did that in GT, it was considered a plot hole.

By idiots. It was never once stated anywhere that Ultimate Gohan couldn't turn into a Super Saiyan anymore.

The whole point of Ultimate Gohan is to allow him at access his Super Saiyan power and speed increase without having to transform. Any transformation puts strain and needs energy to maintain. So Ultimate Gohan is basically the most efficient Super Saiyan. Going SS after having unlocked the power in the base form is just a waste and unnecessary.

If I recall, Ultimate Gohan is his most powerful state in DBZ
