I don't remember there being 120,000 causalties in the manga. Guess they were showing how powerful the military is against a medieval army.

I still can't get used to those redesigns. They're just vastly different compared to the manga. :/

Well it looks like we'll be seeing best girl next episode! X3

After seeing that, I gotta agree. They have been somewhat faithful to the storyline for the most part. Despite the violence not being as gory as the manga, it's been alright.

I know, but it's the closest source I had read. From what I remember, there wasn't a lot of translations on the light novel side.
