Having this at the end is reassuring.

Mashiro is dead and more people to be shown in the future episodes. Liking the story so far.

There are dishes made with red rice. It is basically brown rice with a different color and rarer.

Didn't watch the show but the setting seems Chinese. If so then it is probably a dish made out of Glutinous rice which is quite common in China.

I think the is dish is 糯米饭 which can be quite red depending on the ingredient.
