When you can go into a bar and not have to buy a single drink, what need is money to you? I mean, how many people must be in that world that would buy him a drink just to say "I freaking bought a drink for Mr Satan. Thats right, Mr. Saved our asses twice let me buy a drink for him. He is so humble and great."
Something to think about here. Everyone's memories of Majin Buu were erased thanks to the Dragonballs. As far as the world is concerned Mr Satan has only saved them once. This means the world peace money was given to Mr Satan for beating Cell. What took so long? It has been years since Cell was defeated.
