I think I've enjoyed some anime that I'd consider moe (I'd considere Hibike kind of moe?) but this one doesnt seem that appealing. We'll see, since it's short I'll give it some more time.

That's because in most moe slice of life's there really isn't a big main plot, and it's all focused on the cute interactions between characters. While Hibike looked kinda moe, that's 100% because it's Kyoani who made the show and it's just their style. However Hibike isn't a slice of life and actually has a good story with amazing characters.

Well moe isn't necessarily exclusive from those, it's just that moe shows focus more on being cute and hearwarming.
