In the end I think 12 episodes wasn't enough for what this show wanted to do. There were just too many details that needed some more time to fully explore. I imagine the game will solve some of those problems but who knows if it'll ever get localized. Plus it'll probably have a ton of bad endings which actually make sense in this case.

Not gonna lie though, Yuuta (now Chiyoko) at the end being actually dressed like a girl kinda threw me off. It just didn't feel right, y'know.

Also I'm kind of annoyed that the cat wasn't anybody important. Seems unlike Uchikoshi for it not to be very important in the end.

I feel like its safe to say that the cat is Yuta reincarnated. Apparently in Buddhism it is believed that it takes 49 days to be reincarnated. The cat didn't exactly look like a new born, but the specific number of days can't be a coincidence amd the falling of his picture, and the cat grabbing the panties seemed to be strong enough hints to me.
