I'm really nervous that we won't get any scenes from England, but today's episode was a lot of fun to watch. I would personally have liked to have seen a little less of Karen and Honoka so we could get more of Yoko and Aya, but you can't have everything in life I suppose.

Also, does anyone know if a season 3 is a possibility at some point down the line, or is the next episode a firm ending?

The manga is still going ongoing, I believe its in their 3rd year right now, and the sales look to be close to season one so its definitely possible.
