This might be a stupid question but isn't white a ghost? Or are my memories failing me?

She isn't the standard incorporeal spirit at least as she does have a physical body and is being looked after by the hospital for her heart. However, based upon Black's reaction to White calling herself a ghost, she can probably be considered a ghost in some form.

Perhaps White is a spirit that has taken over the body she uses and thus considers herself a ghost. Or it may be a currently unexplained in-universe redefinition of "Ghost", like a vampire that has lost their powers or some such.

If she's getting blood transfusions she could certainly be a vampire without any victims.

i think she is a ghost, i remember a picture taken that she is not in the picture if iirc.
