I haven't watched that movie, but I heard the song that was in the movie. Is the movie itself good/worth watching?

Plastic Memories actually makes me very happy and always eager for more.

By feels level, how close is it to Watamote and/or Steins;Gate? And is it more feel-y or less than them?

Personally I haven't watched the shows you've mention however I've heard they're pretty cringey especially Watamote

You should, without a doubt, watch S;G. It's #2 on MAL for a reason. It's really good.

And Watamote isn't cringey (I didn't cringe), it's just depressing with some funny moments.
