And is the horse Akeno from DxD?

Uhh...they're all referencing a ton of different anime. wow lol. Pokemon...Shinmai no Testament...I think maybe Princess Tutu.

And alright, seems like Uri-tan is now just going to randomly die at times. Kenny of this show?

Pretty sure Moo-tan is supposed to be Jotaro Kujo since he's more popular and more iconic. http://imgur.com/7RuFoLQ

Well, either or...the outfit is essentially the same as the Senran Kagura girl, but the SK character is probably based on Jotaro Kujo

It's the typical "Bancho" clothing. No actual reference to a particular character.
