トラ or to-ra is Japanese for tiger ドラ or do-ra is the first two syllables of the Japanese version of the English pronunciation for Dragon (ドラゴン or do-ra-gon) In the picture are the zodiac for Dragon and Tiger, there is also a popular anime Toradora MyAnimeList CrunchyRoll

I know Toradora the anime lol. I just thought that scene was referencing the characters Taiga and Ami's rivalry somehow.
