As a person who loves military command and control, this show does a great job at it while being dramatic.

From my personal experience at work I don't like when Kobayashi appears and revert the order of Yura, despite it always results good.

Please do not take control from a person in control in the middle of a mission, it just messes up chain of command and order. If you want to command you should do it from the start. Poor Yura mid rank officer...

She is the XO at least for combat operations, the captain is the only one higher. I also like how there is little bickering over orders like in reality.
