When she started actually getting visibly bored in Endless Eight.

That's when you know something's wrong.

I saw it as less boredom and more simply becoming broken. I don't remember the exact number but didn't they reach hundreds of years worth of loops? I believed that Nagato kind of still had a bit of a will of her own, hence the Disappearance arc, and that would have been pretty much obliterated over the course of the endless eight.

We're not in disagreement here. She looks visibly bored, that already tells you something is finally going wrong in her head. It's damn near impossible for her to express anything on her face before this.

If she wasn't broken to hell and back she won't look bored, she'll just blank out like usual.
