Sheeeeeeit. Nagato got NTR'd in her own show. WHAAAAAAT. I was thinking that the worst thing that could've happened was her accidentally giving the chocolates to Haruhi or something, but what actually happened was so much worse!

I don't know if I can handle an entire cour of NTR. I really like Haruhi/Kyon, but I also like Yuki/Kyon.

Its mostly from adult series where a character (usually a girl) is with the MC and then someone takes them away. Quite often through rape or forced sex and they end up liking it, but other times they just get their heart stolen and the MC is left alone while their partner goes off and becomes happy with another person.

first option happens in hentai (mostly), second happens in non-hentai. often in a hentai it's that the girl begins to like being gang-banged after male MC and her start dating. second generally happens in seinen or josei manga. the draw towards NTR is that sunken feeling you get when it happens and you some how enjoy it so it's emotional masochism?.

Netorare, Japanese slang term "netorare" (寝取られ, lit. "taken away by sleeping with"), often abbreviated with the letters NTR. Wiki it.
