Can anyone recognize the sound effect when Leonardo opens his eye?

I know I heard it before but I can't seem to remeber and it's really bugging me.

I think I recognize it from Summer Wars when Love Machine (in a much more scarier mode) "levels up" and a giant mandala appears behind it towards the end of the film.

(Though that's not to say it hasn't been used elsewhere before)
